A little bit about me...
Â
For the last decade I’ve transformed my life through holistic health + wellness. I've learned that taking care of ourselves is not a luxury; it's a necessity. Because if we don't nurture our own well-being, we can't fully show up to nurture those we love.
Think about it… When you feel good, everything else gets better, right? Your relationships, your response to late-night baby cries, your ability to juggle motherhood and a career…Â
Throughout my journey, I’ve learned and implemented countless tools to improve my health + wellness, to manage stress naturally, and to overcome migraines, gut issues, breakouts, and more.
My natural lifestyle, clean + nutritious eating, self-care routines, fitness, mindset work, breathing exercises, rest - it’s these things that allowed me to get results far beyond any doctors I saw or prescription meds I tried.
But the truth is...Â
I’m far from perfect. And it wasn’t long ago that I faced my own health crisis during pregnancy due to stress mismanagement.
I developed preeclampsia at 38 weeks pregnant, which came with very high blood pressure, organ failure, and risk of stroke, seizure, pregnancy loss, and more. And for months after, my health still suffered.
After a long journey that seemed like it’d never end, it finally hit me that I had not been taking care of myself like I should have been.
I tell this story for three reasons...
1) I LARGELY believe I ended up with preeclampsia because I did not manage my stress well. I took this as a lesson to make my health + wellness a priority 100% of the time. No exceptions.
2) Health isn’t just about what you eat and how much you exercise. You have to take care of your entire mind, body and spirit in order to thrive.
And 3) It’s these experiences that have fueled my passion to become a health + wellness coach and help other moms to feel happy, healthy, and restored.
 Life will always have its ups and downs (and right hooks - welcome to motherhood!). It’s our response that matters.

The difference between a good and bad day is up to ME. With simple tools like natural stress management, mindset work, non-toxic living, nutrition, and self-care, I’m able to bounce back quickly and turn a stressed out morning into a long day of ease.Â
I feel better now than ever before. I am happy and positive and ready to take on any challenge life throws at me. I feel confident, secure, relaxed and renewed each day.
I don’t say this to rub it in... I’m telling you because I had NO clue this was even possible for me. I’m truly amazed by my breakthroughs. Where I was then versus now. It can be tough to see the light at the end of the tunnel, mama.
But with the right tools + support, you can absolutely reach your goals and create positive + lasting changes in your life.
